Download it: MP3 | AAC | OGG | OPUS

Perhaps you know that situation: a client calls, you talk briefly about the topic and you already have a gut feeling you should not work with that person. Or, differently, you offer the client an appointment during your working hours and the client says, I can't come then, I have to work then. I need an evening appointment because I cannot come during your working hours. Not all clients are equally suitable to work with.

Axel Hombach discusses with Dr John Butler how we can decide which clients we work with and who we should refer on.
